Sean Hannity Is Also A Client Of Trump's Lawyer Michael Cohen

President Donald Trump's personal attorney revealed to a federal judge Monday that Fox News host Sean Hannity is his third mystery client.

Hannity was revealed to be Cohen's client during a hearing Monday afternoon related to Federal Bureau of Investigation raids of Cohen's office, hotel room and home.

The disclosure came as a NY judge disappointed a lawyer for Trump by letting prosecutors proceed with the cataloguing of evidence including multiple electronic devices that were seized in raids while a system is set up to ensure that records protected by attorney-client privilege aren't disclosed to investigators.

US District Judge Kimba Wood said in hearings on Friday and again on Monday that if Mr Cohen wanted the court to declare that the some of his files were protected because of attorney confidentiality rules, he would have to divulge the names of his clients.

Cohen's attorney had previously identified two other clients: Trump and Republican fundraiser Elliott Broidy.

The Wall Street Journal reported earlier this month that Cohen previous year brokered a second "hush money" deal, arranging for a payment of $1.6 million to a former Playboy model who became pregnant by Broidy, the Deputy Finance Chairman of the Republican National Committee.

Adult film actress Stephanie Clifford, also known as Stormy Daniels, arrives for the court hearing in NY on Monday. He bent over backwards to deny the relationship, claiming nothing more than a few harmless chit-chats over real estate. Broidy acknowledged the affair with Bechard and apologized to his family. Hannity sought Cohen's legal counsel only on matters involving Hannity and himself?

"Michael Cohen has never represented me in any matter".

Kurtz wrote in a piece for Fox News that Hannity made a mistake by not revealing to viewers he'd asked Cohen for legal advice. I never received an invoice. "I have occasionally had brief discussions with him about legal questions about which I wanted his input and perspective", he tweeted.

"I assumed those conversations were confidential, but to be absolutely clear they never involved any matter between me and a third-party", Hannity said.

The subtext here is that no "hush money" was paid to any women on Hannity's behalf, regardless of what Cohen does for the President.

But just as Hannity tried to say on Monday that he wasn't really a client of Cohen's, whenever he got caught in the past doing something unethical or sleazy, he always stressed that he wasn't a journalist - so he shouldn't be judged by journalistic standards.

While federal investigators will retain possession of what was seized, they still can not look at the substance yet even as they are cataloging the amount of papers, electronic files and other materials.
