Virginia woman accused of cutting man's head off

Mills was allegedly "combative" during her arrest, according to WVSN, and when in the deputies' auto, reportedly said: "You have to take me back and let me get my heads".

I think Roena Cheryl Mills is going to have trouble on the dating scene if she's found not guilty of chopping off her boyfriend's head. A court-ordered psychological analysis is scheduled for Wednesday to find out if Mills can stand trial, in line with the West Virginia MetroNews. Police said that she could not name her alleged attacker and that she became irate before she was apprehended.

Lerona, W. Va. - A West Virginia woman has been charged with second-degree murder after she allegedly cut off a man's head.

Roena Cheryl Mills, 41, was charged with the death of Bo Allen, 29, after cops drove her away from the bloody site where he was decapitated.

According to the authorities, on the day of Mills' arrest, a homeowner called 911 and told the emergency dispatcher that the Virginia woman showed up at her house in an advanced stage of intoxication and refused to leave.

The 41-year-old reportedly advised deputies that she was minimize after being thrown by means of a glass door, and gave authorities a false title.

There, they found a man decapitated inside his home - and they found another of his body parts at the property where they arrested Mills. She appeared inebriated, was staring off into the distance, and kept conversing with someone she called "daddy", the deputies said. The head, however, was located in the woods near where police first picked up Mills.

Mills was wearing a glove on her left hand, and a matching glove was found in White's bedroom.

"We do not know if he was killed by the beheading or if he expired before that", Sitler said. She was taken to Southern Regional Jail. "That determination will have to be made by the medical examiner".

A Mercer County judge said further assessment is needed in order to evaluate the mental competency of Mills.

At the moment, she's being held in county jail in lieu of a $210,000 bond.
