The NFL announced compensatory picks for the upcoming 2018 draft, and not surprisingly, the Los Angeles Rams weren't among the 15 teams to receive selections. The Chargers traded receiver Dontrelle Inman, who is now an unrestricted free agent, to the Bears midway through the season in exchange for a conditional seventh-rounder, but Chicago retained the pick due to Inman's lack of production.

Compensatory draft picks are based on how many compensatory free agents a team losses.

The Minnesota Vikings have been granted two extra draft picks thanks to the departure of Adrian Peterson and Cordarrelle Patterson last offseason.

They have the first compensatory pick and two of the first six. Gain compensatory draft picks.

So how did New England earn the pick? This marks the first time since 2011 that Tampa Bay has been awarded a compensatory pick.

While all the draft pick numbers aren't official, the Packers should have the following picks: Nos.

The pick is the Giants' compensation for losing defensive tackle Johnathan Hankins to the Colts in free agency last offseason.

The draft picks Arizona received Friday were the No. 97 overall pick landing in the third round, the No. 134 pick landing the fourth round and the No. 254 pick in the final, seventh round. They signed tight end Rhett Ellison and quarterback Geno Smith.

The Cincinnati Bengals, Green Bay Packers and Oakland Raiders were also granted four compensatory picks.
