Mariah Carey accused of sexual harassment

Mariah Carey accused of sexual harassment

According to the lawsuit, her former security guard and owner of the company Michael Anello is demanding 221 thousand dollars for services rendered.

The security chief is reportedly unsatisfied with her team's offer, but his lawyer says the draft lawsuit is now on hold.

The Sun Online has contacted representatives of Mariah for comment on the matter.

Carey's team have told TMZ that they were in communication with Anello's lawyers and willing to pay some invoices, but that they understood that Anello didn't believe this was enough.

Anello says Mariah degraded him and his colleague by referring to them as members of the hate groups.

The lawsuit claimed that the pop star committed "sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello".

Additionally, Anello describes an incident during a trip to Cabo San Lucas in which the singer requested he come to her room to move some luggage, and was wearing a see-through negligee that was open.

TMZ claims it has acquired a duplicate of a draft claim arranged by Anello's attorney which charges sexual and verbal badgering, including calling him a skinhead among different slurs. Anello tried to excuse himself but Carey insisted that he move the luggage. He says he left the room and there was no physical contact between them.

According to the report, Carey agreed to pay Anello a certain amount of money but he was not satisfied.

Carey and Ratner had previously collaborated on eight music videos, with Ratner acting as director, including Thank God I Found You and We Belong Together.

That Mariah Carey is not the head of the most pleasant in the world, with its employees, it does not seem too hard to imagine. He is reportedly suing her for sexual harassment and hurling racial insults at him, among several other allegations.
