Messages of support for the Star Wars actor have poured in as she spent Christmas in a Los Angeles hospital.

"Firefighter paramedics provided advanced life support and aggressively treated the patient whom was transported to a local hospital".

"They're working on her right now, we're going to have her seated in about two minutes here and we should hopefully be on the deck in about five". William Shatner, an co-actor, urge Carrie Fisher's fans to send her their best and special thoughts.

Mark Hamill, Fisher's co-star in the "Star Wars" movies, tweeted that he is "sending all our love" to Fisher. Horgan's co-creator, Rob Delaney, tweeted Wednesday that the third season of the show was "in the can".
